About Jacqueline L. Marquiss

Specializing in residential properties with some commercial work, I have been helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process since 2013. Since then, I can definitively say I only wish I would have started it sooner! From interacting with my clients to showing houses and handing over the keys to their new home, this industry is more than just my job, it’s my passion.

While I am based out of Chambersburg, I do a lot of work in various counties throughout multiple states, including Fredericksburg and Washington counties in Maryland, Franklin County in Pennsylvania, and Berkeley County, West Virginia. My expertise of these local communities is based on a lifetime in the area. Thanks to the knowledge I’ve gained over the years, I’m able to not only share my love for these towns with my clients, but also accurately guide them through their decision-making process.
